  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• What happens to toys that are damaged in transit?

  Any items that are damaged in transit and returned do not go into the garbage! On the contrary, despite being imperfect for selling, there are children or even adults everywhere that could use a friend. Damaged plush and toys will be restored to the best of our abilities and given to charities or elderly nursing homes.

• What is your processing time?

  2 days maximum unless otherwise stated.
